How to setup GymBuddy Lite apk for android
- For Android 4.0 or higher:Please to Settings, look down to Security, and select Unknown sources. Choosing this choice will enable to install apps download from the internet.
- For devices running on lower Android 4.0:
Please go to Settings - open the Applications option, and select Unknown sources, click OK on the popup alert.
GymBuddy Lite Details
GymBuddy is a basic app you can use for tracking your workouts at the gym. You use it to record your exercise sets--weights and repetitions--while you are performing your workout. As you record each set, you can see how it compares to prior workouts for that same exercise.This app is intended to record your workouts and help you view your progress. It does not provide, nor suggest, exercises for you to perform, nor at what level to perform them. It does not give exercise advice. It does not provide rest interval timers, nor anything fancy like heart rate nor calories burned. And (at least in this version) it does not record cardiovascular workouts. This app is intended to be simple: to record your gym workouts and track your progress. If you know what exercises you want to do, this app can help you track them.
Permissions: The only reason this app requires network/Internet permissions is to be able to display ads. That's it. The app and your workout data is stored locally on your device. (Future versions of this app may use network and Internet for new features, but in this version, it is only used for displaying advertisements.)
What's new in GymBuddy Lite 1.1
Version 1.1:* Fixed bug where settings (weight units) were not being persisted.
* Ads have been removed from the Edit Exercise screen. (Ads are still on the main [Edit Workout] screen.)
* Defaults to pounds for the United States, and kilograms for all other countries. To change your weight units, go to the Settings menu option.
* Smaller application footprint.
* A few other, minor bug fixes.
