How to setup BookMeeting apk for android
- For Android 4.0 or higher:Please to Settings, look down to Security, and select Unknown sources. Choosing this choice will enable to install apps download from the internet.

You can now quickly book a meeting when on-the-go by selecting your attendees, location and confirming their availabilities without delay. No more rescheduled meetings because of lack of availability info!
Main features of Book Meeting:
• Connect to Outlook exchange server to check a contact or location’s availability
• Add, delete or modify a list of contacts
• Add, delete or modify meeting details (meeting subject, time, and description)
Workflow:
• Add your exchange details in settings
• Add contacts you want to use
• Check contacts for meeting from the list and click check
• Choose a time slot and go.
